Being one of the two applied-degree universities, Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) focuses on science and technology related programmes, where students can undertake internships of up to 12 months. SIT also partners with multiple overseas universities to offer joint degree programmes.

SIT does not have its own housing. Students can search for their own accommodation on reputable websites.

SIT tuition fees (AY25/26) range from S$300 - S$600 per credit (after MOE Tuition Grant) where each course comprises of different number of credits, ranging from 120 to 240 credits.
